STATE OF THE ART CHECK-IN TECHNOLOGY

Safety is one of our most important responsibilities at Kidzville.  That's why we use one of the best, state of the art Check-In systems; which has proven to be a fast, easy, and reliable tool for registering Kidzville Kids.

How does the Check-In System Work?
Whenever your child visits Kidzville during Service Times, before going to class or service, you and your child will go to the check-in station and check-in.

Your child will receive an ID badge that they will wear while at Kidzville and you will receive a receipt that matches your child's ID badge which you will use  as your ticket to pick up your child at the end of service.

By using this Check-In System technology, we also have the ability to provide parents with a certified "Key Tag" (similar to what you receive at stores) that you can put on your keychain which can easily be scanned at the check-in system to print your childs ID Badge and your receipt with no hassle.  The Key Tag is offered exclusively for Kidzville Kids Club Members.

Why is the Check-In System so Important?
The most important thing the Check-In System helps us with is keeping your child safe.  Only children with certified ID Badges from the Check-In station are allowed in Kidzville.  The ID Badges help us identify who is and is not authorized to be in the Kidzville area.  The ID Badges also list any medications and allergies that your child has so that all teachers and volunteers will be aware of your childs needs.
