Kids Ministry Fire Escape Plans:

Main Complex:
(includes Sanctuary, Offices, Classroom Numbers 101-108, Kitchen, and Fellowship Hall)

Below are Fire Escape Instructions for areas of the Main Complex.

Room 101 God’s Garden
Room 102 Sonshine Station
Room 103 Cross Town 3’s


Fire Plan A:  Safely escape the classrooms by exiting out of the exit doors within the classrooms and take your class to your safety zone (the sidewalk beside the big playground in front of the church).

Fire Plan B:  If you cannot safely escape using Fire Plan A.  Then if possible, go down the hallway (heading toward the fellowship hall) and follow the exit signs to the nearest, safest possible exit.  And take your class to your safety zone (the sidewalk beside the big playground in front of the church).

Room 104 Cross Town 4’s-UPDATED-PLEASE REVIEW

Fire Plan A:  Safely escape through the bathroom inside the room and enter the next adjacent room (Cross Town 3’s).  Once inside Cross Town 3’s room, exit safely through the exit door inside the room.  Then take your class to your safety zone (the sidewalk beside the big playground in front of the church). 

Fire Plan B:  If you cannot safely escape using Fire Plan A, Then if possible, escape the classroom by going outside of the classroom to the left (heading toward the fellowship hall) and follow the exit signs to the nearest, safest possible exit.  And take your class to your safety zone (the sidewalk beside the big playground in front of the church).

Fellowship Hall 

Fire Escape Plan:  Safely escape using one of the nearest exit doors within the room and then take your class to your safety zone (the sidewalk beside the big playground in front of the church). 

Sanctuary

Fire Escape Plan:  Safely escape through one of the exit doors and follow the exit signs until you have safely exited the building.  Then take your class to your safety zone (the sidewalk beside the big playground in front of the church).

ONCE AT THE SAFETY ZONE, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL CHILDREN AND STAY THERE UNTIL YOU RECEIVE FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.  IF YOU ARE MISSING SOMEONE, IF IT IS SAFE, GO TO THE NEAREST EXTERIOR DOOR AT THE LAST PLACE THEY WERE SEEN AND CALL THEIR NAME.
