ABOUT THE CURRICULUM: This curriculum is for all ages including Cross Town, Main Street, U-turn, and Club 3:16. The new curriculum helps us focus on one subject matter for every age. This will greatly help parents with multiple kids reinforce the life lessons at home. This new curriculum also gives us the opportunity to reinforce the same message over and over in multiple ways so every child has a chance to learn. SUNDAY TEACHERS: All you have to do is follow the "Life Change Process" on the first page of your curriculum. Obviously you are all on different time schedules so some of you may do the "Life Change Process" in a different order. The object lesson materials for your lessons will be in a bag labeled "Object Lessons" in the Kidzville Cabinets of your rooms. The game in your curriculum will be played during your time in Jr. Kids Church. Also, special note for Cross Town Teachers...the story in the curriculum packets is not the exact story you will use in class. We have a DVD Read-n-See Bible that you will find in the Kidzville Cabinet in your room. You can either read the story to them from this Bible which has images or you can just play the story from the DVD. It's the same story all other groups are learning, this is just more age appropriate for your age group.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT TEACHERS:
All you have to do is follow the "Life Change Process" on the first page
of your curriculum. If you don't have time for everything, that's
ok. Activity sheets or crafts can easily be handouts for the kids
to do at home. The object lesson materials for your lessons will
be in a bag labeled "Object Lessons" in the Kidzville Cabinets of your
rooms. The game in your curriculum will be played in your classes
and the materials needed for that game will be in a bucket labeled
"Game" in the same Kidzville Cabinet of your room. |
